From August 4-8, Franklin County will collect donated back-to-school supplies for families served by MCS-T.O.U.C.H. MCS-T.O.U.C.H. serves at-risk and vulnerable populations in Central Ohio specifically providing mentoring, workforce development, educational guidance, and basic needs assistance for incarcerated and recently released individuals.
Together, Franklin County and MCS-T.O.U.C.H. hope to provide 700 students with the right tools to kick start a successful school year. The most requested items include: pencils, pens, crayons, rulers, folders, 1-subject notebooks, book bags, highlighters, markers, scissors, and glue (sticks or bottles).
